THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO IMPORT/EXPORT YOUR PET TO OR FROM INDIA
MANIFEST CARGO
Where the pet is booked by Airline cargo. In such a case, it is not necessary for the pet to travel on the same flight.
Note: Only 2 pets (cat/dog) are allowed to travel under one owner’s name irrespective of whether the pet is booked as Accompanied Baggage or as Manifest Cargo into India
ACCOMPANIED BAGGAGE
Where the pet owner is travelling on the same flight as the pet and the pet dog/cat has been booked as Excess/Checked/Accompanied Baggage.

- Pick up your pet at your house and deliver him to the airport.
- Meet him at the destination airport and deliver him to your home.
- Provide assembled travel kennels.

Totally recommend Universal Relocations for international move services. I used the service for my USA to India move. Packing, shipping, custom clearance and delivery were perfectly handled by them, it required minimum involvement from my end. Sharmila from India office was really helpful in coordinating the delivery of items at destination location. There was an issue where one of the items was missing, Sharmila was very proactive in investigating the issue and getting the missing item delivered within the next 2 days itself.The representatives of the company are very responsive and price is also reasonable for the quality of service provided.

They continually keep me updated on the location of my cargo, were polite, prompt and professional in all their communications, both written and verbal, and handled my belongings with care. Got my stuff relocated from US to India. Generally, from the start to end the whole process and staff was pretty good. They are great with communication and returning with your queries. All my stuff took about 4.5 months to reach here. Some of the boxes came back in bad shape and a couple boxes were torn and stuff coming out.I have lost my stuff in transit like saree, shoes, branded jacket(Gently used), Blanket etc. I messaged the same thing to the concern person but she did not reply.I would not recommend anyone for their services.I would not recommend the company to anyone wants to relocate.Will give them overall 2 stars.
